Soy Steaks

2 cup (500 ml) cooked soybeans, puréed
1 large onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 free range eggs
3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Herbal salt, savory and marjoram to taste
Coconut butter or butter for frying

Sauté onions and cool. Combine soy beans, onion, cloves, eggs and flour and season with herbs and salt. Form small round steaks and cover with bread crumbs. Fry on both sides until golden. Serve with mashed potatoes, potato salad or on whole wheat toast with a side of leafy greens.
