Carrot Slaw
4 medium carrots, finely grated
2 tbsp. flax seed oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. herbal salt
juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients and serve immediately as an appetizer before a meal or as a side dish.
