The aroma alone is a meal, but this tart makes the ideal bite on any occasion. One sheet puff pastry Begin caramelizing onions (see below). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cover pastry liberally with caramelized onions. Lightly sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for about 7 minutes or until pastry is crisp and cheese bubbles. Serves 6. Caramelized Onions 2 large onions, sliced Melt butter in a pan on high heat. Add onions and a pinch of salt. Turn heat to medium and add a pinch of sugar. Cook for approximately 30 minutes until soft and golden, stirring regularly.
