A palate-cleansing, delicate crunch to finish. 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) flour Mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add the milk and egg with a little flour. Mix in the rest of the flour and ground pine nut. Knead into a firm dough. Shape the dough into small golf balls and bake at 375 F (190 C) for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 1 dozen cookies.
