Coleslaw, a tasty side dish at any time of the year, is one of the best ways to incorporate many powerful ingredients. 1/2 cup (125 mL) raisins Cover raisins with hot water to plump for an hour or two. Drain before using. In large bowl, combine raisins, green and red cabbage, carrot, apple, dates, and nuts and toss to combine. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, miso, and salt and pepper. Pour over coleslaw and mix well. Serves 6.
