1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh lemon juice These ingredients provide so much more nutrition than a commercial dressing. Cumin, ginger, and cinnamon have a multitude of healing properties, including aiding digestion and helping to reduce blood pressure. Whisk together lemon juice, yogourt, honey, and spices. Slowly whisk in oil to a smooth, creamy consistency. The dressing will develop a rich yellow colour over time, adding beautiful rich tones to grains and vegetables. Makes 2/3 cup (160 mL)
