2 Tbsp (30 ml) turmeric 1/4 cup (60 ml) oat flakes 1 ripe banana (mushed in its peel first) 1 apple grated Juice of half a lemon 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil 2 Tbsp (30 ml) tahini 3 Tbsp (45 ml) honey. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Use 1/2 teaspoon of batter for each cookie. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or cabob chips (optional). Bake at 350° F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven. Makes about 24 cookies.
