There's a homemade recipe on this website that I'm lil confused about. Its the hair recipe for restoring the pH balance to your hair and scalp. I have a couple of questions I hope you'll answer:
Do I shampoo my hair at any time?
Can I deep condition?
Could you recommend the type of shampoo and conditioner I should use while applying this treatment.

yes, you can shampoo your hair anytime and deep it a conditioner..
Me, I use head&shoulder and creamsilk conditioner...it can restore the ph balance of your hair...
