Are there any where you don't have to starve yourself? I can't do it, I need my food!! But I would really like to cleanse my system!

Could be as simple as Using different food choices.

Also possibly stagger your eating. I.E. 6 small meals a day if you don't already.

If you want to unbung your system, try things like Natural laxitives, I.E. Figs and Prunes.

Drink more Water.

Possibly take Senna.

Get more Fibre. Most people need around 40-50g Fibre a day.

Cut down on Dairy perhaps, if you find you have a few issues with bloating from Casein.

You could try getting Cultures in your diet, and if you aren't a fan of Cultured Yoghurts, try something like Nattokinase. Fermented Soy with a Bifidus culture.

It doesn't have to be about starving yourself, or using things with liquids, pills, or strange concotions and herbal brews to achieve what's necessary, but just making simple changes sometimes, to achieve what you want.

If you feel you might want any pointers, or any kind of food for thought, or ideas to bounce around, then why not post your meals and times, and see if maybe myself or others could try and assist you :) .
