My daughter will be turning 16 next month, but for the past year I've noticed a lot of changes.
Mainly before geting her periods her mood changes.
Do you think is aa good idea to give her femmessentials?

I'm also in the process of lookinf for a good family Dr. and I was wondering if you know of anyone you could recommend.

I really appreciate any help available.
