a few weeks ago I noticed a bump deep under the skin of my arm. It felt like someone had stuck a tiny ketchup packet in my arm. Anyway, I lanced open the spot and...popped it as nasty as that sounds. sorry. It bleed, it pussed and now I've noticed a black spot down inside. I'm afraid of what this might be, but I can't afford a doctors visit. Could someone give me some clues or web sites as to what this might be? thanks
