I have just had my hair coloured at a reputable hair salon who only use Aveda products. Previously the colouring product had reacted with my ears. My ears were watering at the back for a couple of weeks. The fluid would clue my hair to the back of my ear. It appears the skin was burnt off. This time around, I warned my stylist so we tried to protect my ears. However, the evening after the colouring, my head started swelling up, my kneck also, my scalp scratchy and I could not breathe. due to my throat closing up. I was rushed to hospital as I was having a severe reaction. I have survived this terrible ordeal but would like people to know of the risks. My head is still out of shape, eyes still puffed up and I am on my 3rd day off work.
