What kind of exercise do you do?

What kind of meals do you eat, and what times do you eat?

Hello,

I have gone through the same not so long ago, and I can relate to your problem because weight loss is not an easy task, exercise and work outs do give results but it requires a lot of time and patience. If you want quick results without any kind of side effects, you might want to try the Access Bars from Melaleuca. They are scientifically proven to burn your body fat, helping you to lose that weight quickly. More details here in my signature given below:

Sincerely not trying to be rude to the guest poster, but it should be said, "if you want quick results" **with potentially burned muscle, possible Metabolic weakening or potential cumulative damage, causing possible increased risk of Metabolic or Thyroid disorders in later life**, try xyz product, as it burns Fat.

I would say in this and any such instance, never use anything that interferes with your Thyroid. That includes Fat Burners, Appetite suppressants, and Thermogenic Serums, or any such products.

People need to understand they CANNOT force the Thyroid, Parathyroid, and other Organs and tissues that are responsible for Metabolic activity, to work to the same standard as someone who is healthier and slimmer, regardless of whther the persons body used to be that efficient or not, and expect not ot pay the price either short or long term.

Anything can claim to be scientifically proven, but unless you have cats iron proof, the claim could be false.

Also anything scientifically proven to burn Fat, could burn about 0.1% Fat or less. That makes the claim truthful, if too optimistic, but these companies don't need ot stiuplate estimated percentaes or figures, as long as the claim is true, then it's not false, illegal, unlawful, deceptive or misleading.

The best way ot help your Metabolsim is to eat the right ways, exercise properoly, be patient, and perhaps use natural assists like CLA, (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), that are derived from food, not bizarre Herbs and Chemicals.

Like I say, I'm not trying to disrespect anyone here, but until people realise the possible "undisclosed" consequences or abysmal performance realities, from such products, many people will end up wasting money and potentially get a nasty schock in middle / old age, if their bodies behave poorly, as a result of damaging them in earlier life, with crappy, misleading, disgraceful products, such as the ones I mentioned.

Scientific prood is fine, providing

A: it's disclosed fully.

B: The side effects, long-term or short-term are disclosed. "Short-term" maybe, "long term", probably not. Most products won't disclose any such side effects, unless they relate to pre-eixsting conditions, pregnancy, Heart problems etc etc, whereby side effects could occur within 2 weeks.

Long term damage, or 1 in 10,000 users type damage, may be undisclosed, to prevent more than 1 in 10,000 potential users, being put off.

These products are often dangerous, and that's what some will disclose, or independant science will reveal, but only time will disclose to the user other things, manufacturers never wanted you to know, by which time, suing someones company, for Thyroid problems, triggered off 30-40 years earlier by a crap product, would be hard to prove, and almost certainly too costly for the individual to persue.

Anyway, apologise to the original poster, I just felt I needed to say my piece, incase they considered the previous posters suggestion. Please do feel free to mention what I asked earlier, and when I can I'll get back to you with some ideas / thoughts :).

Best wishes to all.
