Can anyone here comment
on this topic

I have a pal who takes
s pills.. he says only l/2 to l a day
but of late I notice
his attention span, driving
and other things

He has been on them for l year
and is just not alert

further, he does not walk a great deal
or go in the outdoors too much.

Sedona

I took these in the past
and did not like them at all
just a few nites to sleep

other ways to combat this

He is also in denial re this issue

Your friend needs help. It's great that you are watching his intake of these sleeping pills (dangerous things) and his changes in mood and attention. These are all signs pointing to overuse, misuse and dangerousness of pills - RX or natural.

You should try to get your friend to a naturopath. Perhaps there are natural remedies for what ails him and he can throw the pills away.

Good luck.
