Spicy Oven Fries

    4 medium russet potatoes2 1/2 Tbsp (37 mL) organic ketchup4 tsp (20 mL) extra-virgin olive oil2 tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce2 tsp (10 mL) apple-cider vinegar3/4 tsp (4 mL) paprika

    Preheat oven to 425 F (220C). Scrub and dry potatoes and cut into thin strips to make french fries. Combine ketchup, oil, sauce, vinegar, and paprika in large bowl. Add potatoes and coat well. Spread potatoes on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and golden in colour.

    Serves 4.

    Each serving contains: 184 calories; 4 g protein; 5 g total fat (1 g sat. fat, 0 g trans fat); 35 g carbohydrates; 4 g fibre; 146 mg sodium
