4 cloves garlic 
10 pine nuts 
2 tbsp. fresh basil leaves 
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated 
8 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 
1/8 tsp. herbal salt 
In a blender, puree garlic, nuts and basil. Add cheese and slowly add olive oil one drop at a time. Season with herbal salt. Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta.
