Minty Watermelon and Cucumber Refresher

    Two summer favourites, sweet watermelon and cool cucumber combine to create this tasty thirst quencher.

    1 cup (250 ml) seeded and cubed watermelon 
    cucumber, thinly sliced 
    1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh peppermint leaves 
    8 cups (2 L) water

    1. Place watermelon cubes, cucumber slices and mint leaves in large pitcher or bowl.

    2. Pour water over top.

    3. Chill in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
