As the summer season fades into fall, don’t let your love for fresh greens fade along with it. Avoid the urge to whip out your slow cooker (you’ll get plenty of use out of it soon), and instead excite your taste buds with one of these flavour-packed gourmet creations.
Salads can be a wonderfully rich—and tasty—source of essential nutrients. Pears, goat cheese, walnuts, salmon, avocado, mushrooms—you name the ingredient, and chances are you can throw it on some greens and drizzle on some olive oil and lemon, and you’ve got a perfect salad.
