3 tbsp. Horsetail
2 tbsp. Stinging nettle leaves
1 tbsp. Rose hips
2 tsp. Rosemary
2 tsp. Sandalwood
2 tsp. Mistletoe
1 tsp. Bearberry

Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of the mixture, steep covered for ten minutes; strain and drink 1-2 cups daily.
