Breakfast Energy Shake

4 oz (120 ml) unsweetened fruit juice
8 to 12 oz (250 to 375 ml) pure water
3 rounded Tbsp (45 g) organic, non-GMO fermented soy powder or whey protein
1 Tbsp (15 ml) green food blend
2 tsp (10 ml) oil blend that supplies omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids or contents of 2 omega oil blend capsules
1/4 cup (60 ml) mashed fruit, fresh or frozen
Combine ingredients in jar of blender and blend until smooth.
