1/4 cup (63 mL) organic popcorn, popped
2 Tbsp (30 mL) flax seed oil
2 Tbsp (30 mL) nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Spike or Mrs Dash seasoning
This can be made first thing in the morning and then packed in your kids' lunch bags. Make sure to give them extra though. Their friends will want some too! A great way to slip in those essential fatty acids (EFAs)!
Pour or spray the oil over the popped corn. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast (a great source of most of the B vitamins) and seasoning and mix well.
