1 teaspoon (5 mL) each of rosemary, thyme, dill, marjoram, parsley and basil, finely chopped
1 tsp (5 mL) freshly grated Parmesan or Romano
1 tsp (5 mL) pepper jack cheese (or any spicy cheese)
A great way to use herbs from your garden. Almost any herb will do and there is no need to skimp! Preheat oven to 400°F (225°C). Cook for 20 minutes.
