Mexican Pizza

2 tsp (10 mL) each of cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, finely grated
2 tsp (10 mL) freshly shredded Parmesan
3 jalepenos, chopped
1/2 can of black beans, rinsed and dried
1 small chopped tomato
several fresh cilantro sprigs

Preheat oven to 400°F (225°C). Sprinkle Parmesan over dough. Add peppers, beans, tomato and cilantro. Top with cheeses. Cook for 20 minutes.
