Your body requires vitamins, minerals, enzymes and calories to get you through the day. Fresh fruits and vegetables are an easy and delicious way to meet your body's needs. In addition to the nutrients they provide, the apples and carrots used in this recipe naturally sweeten this energy drink.

1 apple
10 carrots
4 celery stalks
2 cucumbers
2 cups (500 ml) parsley leaves
2 red bell peppers
3 large spinach leaves

Place all ingredients in a juicer. You may need to wrap the parsley in the spinach to get it through the juicer. Serves two.
