1 apple
10 carrots
4 celery stalks
2 cucumbers
2 cups (500 ml) parsley leaves
2 red bell peppers
3 large spinach leaves
Place all ingredients in a juicer. You may need to wrap the parsley in the spinach to get it through the juicer. Serves two.
