To oven roast garlic: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C)

To oven roast garlic: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Peel a whole bulb of garlic, separate the cloves and peel them. Toss the cloves in a small amount of olive oil. Place on a baking tray and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. The cloves are done when they are soft and lightly brown. These can then be mashed together and used as a garlic "butter" or added to favourite recipes for an immune boost and to give a subtle garlic flavour and add creaminess.
