Its time to prep for next weeks #2013alive goal - reconnecting with a loved one. Do you have any plans so far?
We’re coming to the end of month 2, week 3 of our 12 Months of Wellness. This week we tried to let go of stressing and worrying (and nagging!) about all of the little things that happen during the day.
Together, we tried to tackle the root causes of frustration, stop sweating the small stuff, and come up with practical solutions. And we hope that you’ve been doing the same in your daily life as well!
Looking ahead to month 2, week 4
Now that it’s Friday, we’re looking ahead to plan for next week’s goal of reconnecting with a loved one. Before next week, we can begin to brainstorm who we want to connect with, and how we’ll do it. Getting started could be as simple as a quick phone call or even a Facebook message.
And even if you’re a bit embarrassed to reach out because it’s been a long time since you last spoke, think of how happy you’d feel if they contacted you! They’d surely feel the same way.
You can also start brainstorming what you’d like to do when you make a date to see each other. Again, it could be as simple as a coffee or lunch date (if they live locally) or Skype date (if they live far away), or as extravagant as a trip.
