Blue Bite Smoothie
Blueberries, green tea, and ginger—oh my! A glorious trio packed with detoxifying enzymes and digestion stimulants with a gingery kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) matcha green tea powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) pure maple syrup
