- 3/4 cup (180 mL) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp (5 mL) matcha green tea powder
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp (5 mL) pure maple syrup
