    • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped spinach
    • 1/2 frozen banana, cut into pieces
    • 1 tsp (5 mL) matcha green tea powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) grated fresh ginger
    • 1 tsp (5 mL) pure maple syrup
