The night before you want to make this smoothie, slice a banana, place slices in a freezer-proof container or bag and place in freezer. This will make it easier than working with a whole frozen banana.

To blender, add oat milk, maple syrup, matcha, hemp hearts, spinach, mint, and frozen banana to. Blend on high until smooth. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
