Pineapple Zinger

    Pineapple and ginger join forces to create this Asian cuisine-inspired flavour.

    1 cup (250 mL) fresh pineapple pieces 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced ginger root 8 cups (2 L) water Lemon slices to garnish

    Place pineapple and ginger in large pitcher or bowl. Pour water over top. Chill for a minimum of 1 hour. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon, if desired.

    Serves 4.
