Pineapple Zinger

    Pineapple and ginger join forces to create this Asian cuisine-inspired flavour.

    1 cup (250 ml) fresh pineapple pieces 
    1/4 cup (60 ml) ginger root, thinly sliced
    8 cups (2 L) water
    Lemon slices to garnish

    1. Place pineapple and ginger in large pitcher or bowl.

    2. Pour water over top.

    3. Chill for a minimum of 1 hour.

    4. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon, if desired.
