Smoothie on the Run

Once you’ve tried this, you’ll never want another drive-thru breakfast—and you’ll be experimenting with your own nutritious combinations.

1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
1/2 banana
Handful of spinach or kale
1/2  cup (125 mL) frozen or fresh berries
1 tsp (5 mL) flaxseed oil

Combine almond milk with banana, berries, and flaxseed oil. Blend until smooth.
