    This drink has it all: it aids digestion, is a diuretic, is detoxifying and anti-inflammatory, and tastes good too!

    Wash and put through juicer:
    2 cups (500 mL) pineapple, cut up
    1/2 medium cucumber, skin on
    1 cup (250 mL) cabbage, packed, cut up
    1 carrot
    2 stalks celery, with leaves

    If making in a blender: put 3/4 cup (180 mL) water and pineapple in blender and blend. Add cucumber and blend, then add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.

    Serves 1.

    Each serving contains: 253 calories; 5 g protein; 8 g total fat (0 g sat. fat, 0 g trans fat); 64 g carbohydrates; 11 g fibre; 173 mg sodium
