    Ingredients

    • 1/2 large cantaloupe, peeled
    • 2 limes, peeled
    • 1 in (2.5 cm) piece fresh ginger, peeled
    • 1/4 cup (60 mL) organic raw sugar or coconut sugar

    Directions

    Slice cantaloupe, limes, and ginger to the size needed to fit through feed tube of your juicer brand. Run cantaloupe, limes, and ginger through juicer.

    Place sugar and 4 cups (1 L) water in medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.

    Pour cantaloupe juice and sugar water into large pitcher. Let chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Best served over ice.
