    Green Machine Protein Hummus

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
    • 1 cup tightly packed fresh spinach
    • 1/2 cup frozen, defrosted, shelled edamame, plus 2 Tbsp for garnish
    • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
    • 2 Tbsp water
    • Zest of 1 lime
    • 1 Tbsp lime juice
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

    Directions

    Place all ingredients, except 2 Tbsp edamame, in food processor. Pureu0301e until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides if necessary.
