3 whole wheat pitas cut into 6 triangles each
2 Tbsp (30 mL) grapeseed or extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) each garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Pull each pita triangle apart so you end up with 6 pieces per pita half. Lay pieces on 2 ungreased cookie sheets. In small bowl, whisk together oil and spices. Brush tops of pita pieces with oil mixture. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan. Bake (in batches if necessary) until browned and crispy, about 8 minutes. Be careful not to burn chips.
