This riff on trail mix provides the ultimate snack satisfaction.
5 cups (1.25 L) popped popcorn
1 Tbsp (15 mL) melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp (1 mL) cinnamon
1/4 tsp (1 mL) sea salt
2/3 cup (160 mL) roughly chopped pecans
1/2 cup (125 mL) dried cherries
1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced dried apricots
1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened coconut flakes
Add popcorn to large bowl and pour coconut oil over top. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over top and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir to mix.
