End your day with dessert that doubles as gut support. Cinnamon-stewed pears are layered with creamy coconut chia pudding and crunchy maple granola. Sweet, spiced, and deeply comforting―it’s the perfect closing chapter to your reset day.
Chia pudding thickens best when chilled overnight, but if you’re short on time, stir once halfway through the chill so the seeds don’t clump together.

In small saucepan, simmer pears with maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg over medium-low heat until softened and fragrant, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
In medium jar or bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, and vanilla paste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
When ready to serve, layer chia pudding, spiced pears, and granola into jars or glasses.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
