Sweet Potato Fries

    2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin strips
    1 Tbsp (15 mL) grapeseed or extra-virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh thyme
    1/2 tsp (2 mL) chili powder
    1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
    1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper

    Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C). In large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, flipping fries halfway through.

    Warming Winter Chocolate Bark
