#2013alive: Next Week - Get Ready to Laugh!

We’ve been kidding around for this week’s October’s 12 Months of Wellness; coming up, we do things that make us laugh.

This past week, we’ve been rediscovering some beloved activities from our youth for October’s fun-filled 12 Months of Wellness. • Watch your favourite comedy, whether on TV or at a live show.
  • Go to improv.

What makes you laugh the most—a funny friend, The Big Bang Theory, or maybe your favourite comedian? In preparation for next week’s 12 Months of Wellness, let us know in the comments or on Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #2013alive. And don’t forget to download our October goal-tracking sheet to put all the fun you’re having in writing!
