    Citrusy Green Tea Smoothie Bowl

      Ingredients

      • 2 tsp (10 mL) matcha powder
      • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
      • 2 tangerines or small oranges, frozen
      • 1 cup (250 mL) spinach leaves
      • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
      • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) honey
      • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
      • 1 scoop (2 Tbsp/30 mL) vegan vanilla protein powder
      • Toppings (such as fresh berries, tangerines, papaya slices, kiwi)

      Directions

      In blender, combine matcha powder, frozen bananas, tangerines or oranges, spinach, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and protein powder. Blend until thick and creamy.
