    Saskatoon Berry and Wild Ginger Elixir Spritz

      Ingredients

      • 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen Saskatoon berries
      • 1 tsp (5 mL) grated wild ginger
      • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) raw honey
      • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
      • 1 cup (250 mL) lemon-flavoured sparkling water
      • Ice cubes

      Directions

      In a glass, muddle Saskatoon berries, wild ginger, honey, and lemon.

      Add ice and top with lemon sparkling water. Stir gently and serve immediately.

      Garnish with extra berries and/or lemon balm leaves, if desired.
