It’s largely unavoidable, given the many complexities of life, whether it’s anything from family, work, relationships, or school (among many, MANY others). While certain types of stress can be motivating or possibly beneficial, chronic stress is a large contributor to many health problems.
But, while the things that cause us stress may be unavoidable, the way we manage stress can have a positive impact on our health.
